At our local Sun Peaks office you can meet our helpful Buyers and Sellers Agents, available 7 days a week, year round. We are always pleased to show you the latest Resort Development and Community Plans, discuss the local market place, give you a general tour, or show you some properties.

Our Sun Peaks office is located in the village stroll, between Morrisey’s Pub and Sundance Liquor Store and is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

He actively participates in organized real estate and is currently a REALTOR® Director for the British Columbia Real Estate Association. He is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and obtained the designation “Fellow of Real Estate Institute,” which sets a higher standard of education for licensed REALTORS®.

His primary focus is on attainable multi-government housing strategies. Throughout the years he has served on the government Liaison Committees for the Toronto Real Estate Board and The Victoria Real Estate Board. He also participated in various task forces dealing with affordable housing and has participated in charities such as Habitat For Humanity.

Gianpiero has acquired a unique and extensive level of real estate experience. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, he had built a successful career in sales and real estate operations for a wide variety of real estate models. He developed REALTOR® courses and workshops such as Agency and Contract Writing. He also has held many public engagement information sessions focusing on various topics of real estate catering to the general public.

On his downtime, you will find Gianpiero enjoying the outdoors such as snowboarding, hiking or on the water. If you have a passion for music, talk to him about DJing, audio synthesis and production.

Dreaming of living and working in a ski resort Helen and her husband moved to Canada to start a new adventure. Helen continued in the financial sector and when a position became available in Kamloops she took the opportunity to live at Sun Peaks. She brings with her strong customer service skills, a detail orientated and organizational approach along with financial regulations. Helen brings skills in excel and has built many tracking sheets for the office. Helen enjoys the outdoors along with cooking and travel. She is always looking towards the next overseas adventure.

Lizz has been in Sun Peaks since 2018. Her love of the mountains and nature were her sole reasons for moving away from her hometown of Winnipeg, MB. Prior to settling in Sun Peaks, she had lived in many beautiful communities throughout BC, as well as in Canmore, AB. She has always chased the snow and adventure, making Sun Peaks the perfect location to live year round. Lizz has a genuine desire to help others, a strong work ethic, and a friendly nature.
